Service Calendar

Members of the Rock Hill High School chapter of The National Beta Club can use this page to view inside hour service opportunities, events, charity drives, and fundraisers. Members can also submit outside service hours performed.

Please contact the service committee at service.rhhsbeta@gmail.com to sign-up for any service opportunity. Also, e-mail the service committee with any questions or concerns regarding outside hours or earned service hours. For problems with the links, please contact a club sponsor.

Details about service opportunities, such as the number of members needed, start/end times, event contacts, service type (charity, fundraiser, event, and/or hours), and registration requirements are provided in the description for each event. Clicking an event name reveals further information and an e-mail contact to sign-up.

Frequently asked questions about service:

What is outside service hours?
Should a member participate in an activity or event that is not listed on the club calendar, he/she may submit it as "outside" service performed. Use this link to access the form.

How do I sign up for service opportunities?
Unless otherwise noted on the calendar details, members register for events via e-mail to service.rhhsbeta@gmail.com.
*Please provide your Name and Grade when signing up for Service opportunities *

How do I find out if there are any spots left for service opportunity?
Any service opportunity on the calendar preceded by the word (FULL) has no remaining spots to serve. As long as the service opportunity does not read "FULL", members can register via e-mail to service.rhhsbeta@gmail.com. In addition, members can use this link to check for the open spots. In other words, members who wish to pair up or serve in small groups can verify how many spots are available.

What do the codes on the calendar mean?
As of the 2016-17 school year, we've updated the calendar to reflect the service opportunities, events (E), charity drives (C), and fundraisers (F). Members are encouraged to review article III of the by-laws for the membership requirements to remain active.
